The bodywork on my intrepid was like that, the white looked filthy and the stickers were covered in tyre marks.

I gave them a good scrubbing with a scowering pad and loads of car shampoo (Meguiars Gold Class lol)

The plastic came up a treat, the stickers were a bit dull but loads better than they were before.
