Hold on... just changing the carb may not make much difference to your lap times. This is a common, and often wrong, assumption.

What often happens is that you will make the airflow better at HIGH revs but weaken it at Low revs! Unless your engine is particularly strangled already, it won't make that much overall difference!

To make use of the larger carb, you often need to improve the airflow throughout the engine and you are usually forced to run at higher revs to make an use of it.

It MAY improve the overall performance but it's not guaranteed!
