weather station set at zero reads 1011 that is the pressure that is actually around you, the reading of 1021 is of a big area and that is reading above sea level, 1mb = 30' your difference of 10mb = 300' higher than sea level and you say your 80m above sea level which = about 240' 60' short of your 300' which is only 2mb out so your weather station isnt far out at all, dont forget the higher you go the lower the pressure and your standard pressure is 1013mb @15 degrees
