I don't think you could have pick worst weather conditions to do a calibration if you had tried!

The best days to do it are calm days, OK we do not have many at this time of year, but calm days with little or no wind indicate little or no pressure gradients across the country so your calibration will be helped by that factor.

Never the less the software will cope!
