I have access to a lathe & managed to machine an Intrepid big disk to fit. The machining was very simple & only involved taking around 1mm of matarial from the fitting lugs. All in, I think the Intrepid disk was around half the cost. Only down side was the slightly smaller diameter which means that the pads are left with a small ridge when they wear.
