There is simply no CONCEPT of 'best' axle for Cadets as they are ALL different! A kart that is very stiff might need a softer one, a kart that is very floppy might need a HARDER one...

Secondly, the axle that works best on a hot summer's day on a smooth track with fast corners MAY be 'stiffer' (or even LOOSER!) but a Winter's day on an old airfield site in light rain might WELL need a softer one (or stiffer!).

Finally, you haven't told us WHICH cadet kart he uses! Those who actually USE the same kart may well be able to help you. Tell us what it is!
