Alternatively you could just apply some brake cleaner to clear any grease from the assembly/manufacturing processes and go at it (hopefully testing not straight into the final) with caution the first few laps!
Given that most tracks have quite short sessions these days you'll be pretty much following the instructions in the car bedding instructions recommended by John!

We are using race grade disks and pads which do not need curing like the road going ones!
