when is displaying 4.10 it actual means 4100revs the screen is just too small to display every digit. It looks confusing to start with but you soon get used to it. Chances are you have got it set to 2stroke instead of 4stroke (or the other way round) Just have a play with the setting and im sure you will get it sorted! remember theres one digit missing from the end!
