When my cadet son has been practicing at Whilton during term time, they have split the sessions into two... 10-12 minutes per hour for cadets. 48-50 minutes open practice for juniors/seniors. If no cadets are practicing I'd think it would be open practice, this would depend on numbers practicing though.
