I'm with you Andy, i cant stand the noise off Genny's, there's nothing worse than somebody putting their genny at the back of their van/caravan away from themselves and its right next to where you are set up !! quieter for them yes, but not for the poor sod who you've put it next to. People who leave them running for hours and they're not even useing them, fill your compressor up by all means but when not in use, TURN EM OFF !!
I'd pay 20 squid for a hookup, i could have a heater in my tent then but surely you would need marked out bays ? what happens when people with larger motor homes/caravans etc turn up and they are across 2 hook up points ?
