i think hes talking about having the cart inside but with it split in half, so the kart sits on runs, like 2 ramps on a trailer, but flat. teale trailers do the same with their trailers. im looking at doing the same at the moment!. the way i thought of doing it was building a frame out of aluminium box seztion in an upside down l shape, either side of the trailer and at both ends then bolting a 10mm sheelt of ply or mdf to the frame to split the trailer in 2. then have the kart or spares on the bottom, depending which is heaviest
