Alan's posted something further down on this, and he's done quite a bit of research on it. It would appear that nylon/polyacetal/carbon-fibre is the extent to which you can go.

By the way, RS are a very old and well respected company - an insititution really. I've used them for 30 years and my father even before that... primarily to buy electronic components. They used to produce telephone directory catalogues which contained fantastic information... I actually found them quite helpful when I did my degree in electronic engineering all those years ago. Let's hope they don't fall victim to the credit crunch. Not an ad, just a comment guys (!)
