I have already placed a post on this web site regarding what their automated servie said about testing for today at rye.

I do feel that rye could update the automated service with more accurate CORRECT infomation as well as a better 'track bookings'.

Most people plan their testing at least 1 week in advance, but the automated service seems to be 'call the day b4 want to test'!

not the best way to oporate in my opinion. afterall corporate bookings are generally taken 2 weeks in advance!
