Hi i want to go to hooton to test but i have a few questions:

1. Do you need a msa licence (or is it just arrive and drive)

2. can any year chassis and engine be used?

The reason i ask is that i need some practice before i buy a new kart (formula blue) i will be practicing in my junior tkm on a arc chassis 2000 or 2001 i think.
