my son is 13 years old and now needs to upgrade from his novice licence he has all six signatures on his card the last one he had was in november.
does he (or me) have to pay Ł30 or is it free for his upgrade licence. on the application form it says. (free of charge under 16 first time applicants only)
so is the upgraded novice licence his first or second licence.
also what is a (non-race national b)?
