Practice is the key! I can now change a set of Vegas in about 15 mins with just a bead breaker. Fitting new tyres can be a problem if they are cold and stiff a warm environment helps alot. If the tyres to be changed are cold and you have no method of warming a short tyre lever will be helpful for starting the bead over the rim when removing and the lat snap over of refit.
