There was a very serious incident 25 years ago in Ireland where the personal injury lawyers went through the warnings, indemnities that we sign and just about everything else like a hot knife through butter. The consequences were far reaching and expensive for every competition licence holder at the time... and things haven't changed a lot since. As Ian says, we're waiting for the big one.
