I think it is very hard to judge,

In seniors it seems to be pretty even,

In juniors it looks like the tony kart has the upper-hand. However, i think this is more to do with most of the best drivers being on the Tony, rather than the chassis being considerably better.

Also, there is another chassis that you might want to consider. The Jade Dominator I hear is very good. I am not aware of Jades prices, but I expect that it would cheaper for parts than the stupidly expensive parts from Tony Kart and, to a lesser degree, JKH.
