its also prety impossible davyboy(i tried it!) and whilst you can dose yourself up your still in a lot of pain and you drive terribly as youare trying not to let your body touchthe seat.the bestcourse of action really is to let them heal.its not impossible thoughi know some people who have doneit but i thinkit ependson how badly you have damaged the ribs,muscle,ligamnt,cack,break etc.
