No, weights are all as per the Blue Book, and as you correctly state the 3 engines work really well together to give some great racing.

Its true that the different characteristics of the 2 stroke v 4 stroke engines give slightly different performance at different places on the circuit, but overall it works well.

There has often been all 3 engines occupying 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the libre race. We try to encourage the kids as much as possible by giving top 3 trophies for each class, and a single novice trophy if applicable.

This year there has been a single cadet championship, but we are looking at re-introducing the 3 championships within the libre grid again for 2009.
