i use a tillett t11 vg with a 5mm underhang below rails, running flat and level at the bottom, 615mm and 620mm from front lip of seat to front of back of chassis rail below your pedals, and 200mm from top of rear axle to lip of rear of the seat, some people also use the t11t, but i prefer the tiivg which is softer. i hope this helps, if not contact steve at rlracing he is very helpful.
