Go and visit the local tracks and see who and whats racing. I started at 27 so 19 is not a problem. If you go to PF Int to the Pro kart races the average age is prob 30+.

you nearest tracks are Wombwell Barnsley ( South Yorks kart Club), PFI Int near newark (Trent Valley kart club) and JM sport www.pfiprokart.com and Fulbeck nect door to PFI ( Lincolnshire kart racing club)>

Google these to view the websites and go and watch some racing / talk to people there
