dont know too much about this stuff that set off the sniffer but its probably worth going out on a saturday test session with them.come in and get them tested if you can.if its just on the surface then im sure there is a good chance that the tyres will be "clean".

im pretty sure washing up liquid sets the sniffer off as well.if you have cleaned your rims or allowed lube to drip from the front wheel bearings onto the tyre then that may be something to look out for.easily done
