Never understand the us/them syndrome over 2s and 4s karting!!! A karts a kart , and the power of the engine dictates its speed, and the setup and jockey its lap times.

There is still a stigma with 4s as people still relate to the gx160 engines etc. However the TKM 4s was designed from scratch purely as a race kart engine. Talko built it when there was a strong belief that 2s would be phased out by the pc brigade due to noise and emissions, however the Italians poo pooed that or we would all be racing 4s.

We raced both TKM 2s and 4s and prefer the 4s any day. Dont mock em till you have tried them.
