I don't understand many of the comments in this thread. A tech working group of the MSA had its attention drawn to the fact that KG were not re-homologating their '08' bodywork and we immediately realised that could give problems to competitors, so we immediately asked the MSA to issue a clarification that any 08 bodywork could still be used, whether in current homologation or not. Is that not helping the competitor?
Inter 61 has it right, that 08 bodywork wont be able to be used in KF1, KF2, KF3, KZ1 certainly internationally and possibly domestically (I'll have to get that clarified).
Its not our fault the company has decided not to rehomologate, our traders are going to ask them to keep making it for spares. I'm fairly sure that the MSA will allow it for 2010 as well if no problems in 2009.
