IF IT IS TRUE, it would appear to be a rather ill conceived decision that will result in additional expense for kartists. That's about it. Its wrong to say the MSA will profit from it, because they won't.

Now, can anyone explain whether my UNICO 08 bodywork, purchased new in 2008 on a 2008 kart, will be illegal in 2009... or 2010 ?

Second, if that is the case, what UNICO bodywork am I required to use and from what date forward.
