As you pointed out, in S1 we have to buy a new set of slicks for every round - a waste of money in most dads opinion. At Stars it is one set at the srart of the series and then down to you if you want to buy new for any round.
When we had the end of season meeting it was suggested that we were restricted to just one set of slicks for the series.
Why do we sell them after one round? They last so long that you just end up with a garage full of tyres. Better to sell them on and get a few pounds back - also saves others from spending a lot on tyres.
