Ethan, I told you Phil would be along to help you out, and agree with everything everyone has said. Yes go and see Ron and consider Blues, and also find Chris Morgan (son Sam races number 22 in Minimax, black numbers on yellow plates) and have a look at Minimax/Junior Rotax.

Before you pick a class think long and hard about where and how often you plan to race, and whether you want to take your karting further in the future (racing at other circuits around the country, and possibly racing in national championships).

Most important thing to remember is to TAKE YOUR TIME before splashing any cash. Its easy to spend in haste and cost yourself a lot of wasted money.

You might like to pop down to Dunkeswell 25th/26th October to see our last round and talk to some more people as well, I'll be there and will gladly talk things over further.
