should be dealt with, often they are it's just the 'aggrieved' competitor doesn't like the fact that it's been investigated and the evidence points to the fact they weren't actually aggrieved after all!
Genuine protests with real evidence are useful and can be proven without officials evidence, having said that many are done in the heat of the moment without much evidence from even the protestor! Many I've heard the drivers actually agree what happened, the witnesses they bring often don't and confuse the issue, it's then a case of working out what the drivers agree constitutes an offence, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't!
Protesting at Club level isn't £260 and whilst I'm not advocating loads of protests, but if there's one you know you are definitely right on and the Officials didn't see it, then the right is yours!
