Hi guys thanks for all the replies.

i stripped the complete system again and rechecked as it went back together now i have found that the rear caliper seal is leaking so i think a whole new seal kit is needed .

does anyone no where i can get a seal kit and a guide price for them??

also looked at changing the whole system to a dartford karting one from my old kart as the brakes were spot on. everything fits ok but the caliper will not just bolt on as it will hit the axle i need around 20-30 mm more length away from axle meaning it wont bolt to oringnal tony kart holes any ideas?
