What you have described is perfectly acceptable but some drivers move from left to right to keep another kart behind them or the classic run them off the circuit routine a typical place it happens is off the second hairpin at PFi heading towards the left right many times a driver on the racing line is being overtaken on the left and they move left and keep moving left until they contact with the overtaking driver or they push them on the grass or they back out of the move is this acceptable.
