Rotax engines vary but the evo ignition kit on a new or old engine is better. It takes away the variability of power valve operation and has a higher rev limiter. It is easier to get the jetting right with the new XS carb but you can get away with the old carb and exhaust as well.
So you will need the new PV kit, the new coil (and bracket with solenoid that operates the PV) and ECU, the battery box and loom as a minimum.
Coupled with the new white bar code tyres you will definitely find time.
