Some people have the habit of removing the elbows when they clean the carbs. Quite unnecessary.

Your problem rather highlights the stupidity of Rotax/Jag persisting with the use of a float bowl carb and not a diaphragm carb.

Instead of developing the EVO, which is proving to be a troublesome white elephant by the sounds of it, they should have done some listening.
