Given the evenness of the x30, a mini version will mean that there is a smooth transition through the class, using the same engine.

This should reduce costs long term.

Space left for 'Not equal and not cheap trollers.'

One thing that has arisen from people who have tried the X30 is that those people who had 'monster' Rotax engines found the X30 slightly less exciting than those who had mediocre Rotax engines, proving the wide range in performance of the Max.

The worry is the number of classes that aren't being combined. This is compromising track time and I feel some clubs are exploiting this situation to the detriment of the paying customer and their value for money.

Understandably tracks that have superior facilities can edge the entry price up a bit but some clubs are charging too much for entries and pitbays and transponder hire without being able to provide the finer facilities.

This causes a migration of drivers back again to the clubs with finer facilities and can cause a large blip in both their customer bases.

Prices need to be comparable on value.
