Thanks for the reply. As you suggest the information given is not new but going back through 2 earlier releases on UKK it would seem that subject to demand, clubs may run ok class races unconnected with the British championship. Whereas it is up to the MSA to make a decision for the championship even if the reasons you suggest are open to question, it would seem that all / any MSA ok racing in uk would specify the Vortex engine and we would have a new Vortex ok class. Ignoring my understanding that no new classes were allowed before ???? l would prefer to see an ok class open to all engine manufacturers with a conforming product ( subject to a price limit) and even tyres from a suitable list.
