They can take days to charge if they haven't been kept in the cradle to switch them off.

Try these: They list a Tag repair at £40.00.

When I had a problem with our one not charging I rang Tag-Heuer and found out that there was a one year warranty on the battery and two on the unit.

They said it was the battery and was out of warranty but I knew it was not the battery and was WITHIN the two year warranty.

Anyway they exchanged it once they realised I knew what I was talking about.

They don't actually repair them anyway but will offer an exchange, possibly at a price.
