Isn't there a point though where it's the engine builders responsibility, no matter what the request to not build engines that are outside the regulations....let's face it, these guys know the rules, so from a moral point of view they shouldn't do the work, or if they do something out of the rules (because it's a non msa or practice engine) then they should report the engine number to the manufacturer so it can be logged as a non msa engine...

...there are people on here making it sound like the engine builder is an innocent party and only does as instructed.... But surely as an experienced professional in the industry they should know the difference between right and wrong
