I'll vouch for the spirit level check.

When I do it, I take off engine and plastic's, then surport the chassis on a flat bench, with it surported on blocks in three places; one under each rear bearing carrier, one at the middle of the from chassis tube.

Once supported, you can shim it level, using the spirit level across the rear axle.

Once you're happy it sitting level perform these checks:
Is the axle straight?
Are the bearing blocks on equal settings?
Are the from stubs set at equal hights?

Then if your spirit level is long enough, set it across the kingpin brackets or heads of the kingpin bolts and see how this compares with the rear axle. Finally, measure down to the stub axles.

You should now know if your chassis is twisted and by how much. As posted above, it's then down to you, whether you try and sort it or not. If only a small amount, you could adjust by shimming stub axles up or down, until you can get it corrected properly
