Like I've already said, you can't build parity in these engines when they are produced over a long period of time. Tools change and so do the people producing the parts so exacting standards do change.
Anyone who thinks the X30 is going to be the mirical answer then they are mistaken. In time monsters will appear as people and shops learn how to squeeze out the most power.
The only way to build parity is to build loads of engines at the same time, to have only one shop repairing and setting them up and then only that shop can supply a series to run with. Basically you hire the engine for the series.
