You are not really giving us a clear enough picture but...
You say it works well on the dyno but not on the kart. The primary conclusion is that it should be something which is not common to both locations .... the obvious answer is therefore.... the problem is on the kart!
So, what usually remains on the kart when you move the engine to the Dyno.... how about the fuel tank, the fuel pipes, the fuel filter (if you have one) etc.?
Have you checked the fuel flows perfectly from the tank to the carb? Could it be that there is a blockage somewhere between the tank and the carb? If there was a slight flow restriction, the engine could start and tick over but not have enough fuel flow to accelerate.
Give more details for us to get a better idea. For example, you seem to be saying that it runs well once it's running but won't accelerate..... how does it get to go well if it doesn't accelerate?
Secondly, are you saying it's not the engine but something to do with the clutch: e.g., that clutch is slipping on the kart and the engine is accelerating fine but that's not being transferred to the rear wheels.
Anyway, just a few thought.
