Well it is listed as a 5 amp but in cold weather I would think there is even more current being drawn so I personally would fit a bigger fuse, especially in the light of you having witnessed 3 failures.

There seems to be a couple of tiny niggles with the X30 but they can be overcome.

The starter relay price is a complete ripoff as it could be repaired for peanuts because it is non performance enhancing.

The most common one that is shared with the Rotax is the starter motor.

So easily cured permanently but in 'their' eyes, non compliant.

You deserve better.
