A cadet kart has a wheelbase of 90 cm . All? others have a minimum wheelbase of 101 cm , typically 104 cm.
Many karts have bearing hangers which wrap around the bearing carrier eg Tonykart so that too thick a carrier wil not drop into the hanger. Although many parts are interchangeable between different manufacturers, many are not. I think you would be lucky to find that Intrepid carriers would fit an Arrow chassis without modification.
