Why is the abuse of participants or staff a problem?

Just implement the rule of a lifetime ban for abuse or assault.

I've said for a long time that you should red flag poor races and re run them if time allows, eventually people learn or lose.

Problems are only created by a small number of people and I don't think you would get many objections if those people are removed permanently.

We watched the London Cup footage from Motors TV tonight and one driver in the jnr Max final deserves to lose his licence because he used his bumper deliberately every time he wanted to pass the kart in front.

It's absolutely blatant each time and the commentator even points it out each time.
