Thanks very much...its an intrepid storm praga master cylinder/skm break. i've had it perfect before so you can control it all the way in just right, but ive had a little while away from the track and added a new safety cable recently so must have gone back in the wrong hole on the pedal. yes i always keep it set on the master cylinder on the top hole. My mate whos a biker said you have to think theres a b*ll*ck between your foot and the pedal and you should have maximum breaking without squishing it??? Today it would have hurt! Thanks for the help i couldn't quite remember so left it as it was today.
