If you race to MSA regs or similar you simply don't need to care about the full range of jet and emulsifier options for this carb. If you don't, and are determined to optimise carb performance, you are likely to need a fair amount of dyno and track time to find out for sure, though in general, the next change to make is likely to be common sense so long as you understand the various element interactions which affect fuelling through the load/rev/throttle position range and really know how what you are using now is fuelling through the range. Beyond that the various options available can be modelled with the right software.
