For 1-3 you're assuming everyone starts accelerating at the same time (they don't) and you're completely disregarding the tow, and you're completed disregarding that it doesn't have to be the pole man being loaded, it can occur throughout the grid. You're also assuming the driver with the fastest engine is on pole (rarely the case) and you're forgetting that because of the slow start, those behind are already pushing well before the line.

4) In this case, ramming can occur on both SS and RS. However, with a RS, the karts are already pushing each other from the start line all the way to the first corner. It's hard to see who is continuing to push and not braking. With the SS, they arrive at the corner with a gap. It's easier to see those that are not braking.

5) Yes, that happens. So does the pole man spinning at the start line. So does some driver hitting the cones in the centre of the track for a rolling start. Relevance?
