I suspect a good comparison looking at your user name would be having a grid with a mix of TKM 100cc and TKM Extreme 115cc.

The performance difference is close enough to have them on the track at the same time, however it would be unrealistic to expect them to be racing for the same points/trophies.

The above however is missing the point as dynamically, the 200 race is very different to the 160 race. Those that lost interest because of the performance differences between the 160s are now reappearing with a pair of sealed 200s bolted on, but the best part is that many of those who had the monster 160s have made the change too.
