Hi ive just picked up a watercooled engine and feel like i want to monitor the coolant temp. Theres a bolt on the head that goes into the jacket.

We have an alfano pro but the lead looks too expensive. I pretty much do everything second hand right now so whats the cheapest way to get a gauge going?

Im not fixed to using our laptimer...i quite like the oldskool simple rev counter displays too. Any advice on what i need to get or has anyone anyspare bits in your tool box?

Thanks
