# remove old studs using double nuts, locked together

Fitting new studs:
# use studlock liquid on a new/cleaned stud (studlock allows removal, other liquids do not)
# fit two full nuts to stud
# lock the nuts using two spanners
# tighten the stud into hub using the outer nut
# slacken the inner nut by turning it clockwise slightly while holding the outer nut with a spanner
# remove both nuts
# repeat for other studs

-job done
