if there is a shoulder visible then use a pin punch from the opposite side.

if no shoulder showing then tighten a rawl bolt until it grips the inner race and drift/punch it out from the other side.

*** when fitting new bearings apply force to the outer race only, possibly with a suitable sized socket ***
